Online Registration Guide

REGISTRATION MADE EASY

Skillz Check offers an online registration and payment system to allow interested participants and families to easily sign up for all programs offered throughout the year. Registration for all programs – camps, clinics, leagues and tournaments – are done through an online portal accessible at SkillzCheck.com (just click the “Register” link at the top of the home page).

Once a new household account is set up, families can log back into the system at anytime to register for all future programs. Information for each participant is securely saved so that registration takes just a few short minutes and all of your program history is saved in the system for easy review and access.

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to register for any Skillz Check program whether you are a returning or new user. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@skillzcheck.com with any questions or issues with the registration system.


STEP #1
Input your household information which will be securely saved and accessible during future visits to the Skillz Check web site to make all future registrations quicker and easier. You can also opt to receive alerts via text message.

STEP #1.2
Register the members of your household who will be participating or handling payment and administration of the account. First-time users will use the “Create New Member” button, while returning users will be able to select from their list of saved members. When you select one of your users, you will be able to view and edit information before proceeding to the next step by clicking the “Save and Continue” button located on the bottom right of the screen.

STEP #2.2
After selecting your participant, you will then be able to select your program of choice using a drop-down menu. When you select a program name from the drop-down menu, a summary of that program will appear below your choice so that you can review details such as program dates, location and other special notes from Skillz Check.

STEP #2.3
When the “Continue” button is clicked, users will be asked to select a parent to serve as the guardian for the participant and the individual who is authorized to submit the registration. Returning users can select a parent already in the system, while new users can fill out the create new member form available on screen.

STEP # 2.4
It is important to review the registration details during this page before hitting the “Continue” button.

STEP #3
At this point, you will be able to proceed with payment or you can also elect to continue registering that participant or any other members of your households for additional programs.

STEP #4
If you are able and would like to support Skillz Check in expanding and offering even more programs for young athletes, you can make a much appreciated donation to the program during this step. You can also bypass this step and proceed to the payment page.

STEP #5
The final step in the process is to submit payment via major credit card. Once completed, an online receipt will appear on screen and a transaction receipt will be emailed to the authorized user on file.
